I went to a presentation at the Illinois Gifted Conference and we generated this list of resources. Some like Math Counts and mathalicious are maybe too advanced for 3rd.
I thought the Beast Academy looked great for younger kids-although I haven’t used it.
I’ve used Dreambox, Ed Zaccaro books, Noetic learning, math forum, and America Mathematics Contests-all great and easy to implement with small groups or individual kids.

- Code Kingdoms - One of my favorite sites for learning how to program (Javascript) by drag-n-dropping blocks of code (i.e Scratch). Also, has an abundance of lesson plans and students can learn how to create their own Minecraft style game.
